Providing leadership and expertise for Sandia’s Enterprise Cloud Management Services effort to implement a private cloud capability based on the BMC Software Cloud Lifecycle Management solution. Assisted in Service Design, architecture, and implementation of CLM 4.6 components (Service Catalog, Atrium Orchestrator, Server Automation, Network Automation, Remedy). Provided hands on, over the shoulder, training for Sandia staff as they ramped up on their knowledge and expertise. Hundreds of hours on custom Atrium Orchestrator workflows to support Sandia’s unique requirements for enterprise integration. Relied upon by Sandia as subject matter expert not only for technology, but also for interfacing and managing vendor relationship as a customer advocate.
