Projects

VVL Systems & Consulting is engaged in a variety of current and upcoming projects in support of our client demands. Below are some of the key areas of current engagement:

Enterprise Management
VVL Systems is engaged in supporting, modernizing, and consulting for the next generation direction of our client’s Enterprise Management solution based on HP Openview framework. Our client has a complex and mature solution and VVL Systems is bringing experience and leadership to guide our client to the next best-of-breed technologies.

Data Center Automation
When our client was experiencing repetitive service-impacting outages and was having trouble keeping a consistent, repeatable, system deployment process – VVL Systems was engaged to provide a solution.  We worked with our client to gather requirements from each stakeholder, perform market leadership assessment, and evaluate the most technical and financially sound solution.  We are now in the design process and working hand-in-hand with our client to deliver a solution that meets their expectations.

Labor Augmentation
In Today’s market, it is a complex job to find the properly skilled and leading resources for niche federal sector clients.  VVL Systems’ extensive relationship with small-businesses enables us to be agile in resource placement to satisfy our client’s most demanding resource requirements.

Cloud Lifecycle Management Implementation
When our client needs to perform a Proof of Concept of BMC Software’s latest Cloud Lifecycle Management solution – they reach out to VVL Systems for our senior expertise in the various components that make up CLM: Bladelogic, Atrium Orchestration, and Remedy. We enable our customer to have a successful implementation of BMC’s CLM 2.1 and 3.0 solution as a cloud offering for a high profile Government Agency.  This has enabled the Government developers to attain Infrastructure-as-a-Service within minutes – not weeks.

We are also implementing a true hybrid cloud solution leveraging CLM 3.0 to integrate with private cloud and Amazon Web Services VPC.  This will be paving the way for true Government to Academia collaboration on mission-critical capability development in a way that is cost savings to tax payers.
